About Course

In this course, students are expected to gain knowledge and skills to become Microsoft Generalists in Microsoft productivity & collaboration pillars. Also, critical thinking, organizational management & teamwork are generally addressed in practical lessons & business case challenges.

It is worth noticing that some of Microsoft products such as Skype, Access, Project are downsizing their consumer population due to the presence of disruptive innovators. Since the future of technology is yet to know, it is highly recommended to keep pace with technological changes.

The course design, lessons and assessment guide are made based on my researches on Microsoft learn, Linked Learning, Coursera & YouTube Microsoft Ambassadors.
