Course Content

CHAPTER 1: INTERSECTIONALITY AND INCLUSIVITY IN STEM
In this chapter, students will learn about the intersectionality within STEM fields, aiming to promote inclusivity through informed advocacy and practical strategies for creating supportive environments. Participants will gain a deep understanding of how various aspects of identity intersect to shape experiences and opportunities in STEM, and will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to foster inclusive practices and drive meaningful change in their workplaces and communities.

CHAPTER 2: BUILDING AND TRAINING STEM COMPANIES FOR WOMEN
In this chapter, students will learn about the starting, scaling, and sustaining businesses in the STEM fields. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, participants will learn essential skills in leadership, team management, training and development, and business sustainability. The course emphasizes the importance of diversity, innovation, and sustainable practices for long-term success.

CHAPTER 3: DIGITAL EMPOWERMENT FOR WOMEN IN STEM
In this chapter, students will learn about the essential digital skills, coding proficiency, data science knowledge, and insights into digital entrepreneurship for women in STEM.

CHAPTER 4: WOMEN IN STEM: BREAKING BARRIERS AND BUILDING FUTURES
In this chapter, students will learn about the empowerment of women in STEM by addressing gender disparities, fostering leadership skills, and providing career development strategies.
